What is Shilajit:
Shilajit or mumijo is a thick, sticky tar-like substance with a colour ranging from white to dark brown found predominantly in Himalaya, Shilajit is a biogenic stimulant naturally made from fermented medicinal plants.Plants,mostly medicinal, are naturally gathered in the mountain crevice.It takes no less than forty years for the plants to ferment, develop metabolites and many biologically active substances. This organic matter turns in what is known as shilajit bearing rock.
